Why a Blog?

Welcome!  As we prepare to follow God's leading and enter long term mission service in Haiti, we have talked about how to best communicate with our loved ones.  While we are not huge fans of blogs and we have a lot to learn about being bloggers, we felt a blog would be the most convenient option for us and for those who want to stay in touch with us.  If you would like to receive email notifications when we post a new entry, enter your email address at the top and click submit; otherwise, feel free to check in when it is convenient for you.  We hope to post once every week or two once we move to Haiti.

We appreciate the support and prayers of our family and friends so very much.  You are a vital part of our success as missionaries serving in the field.  It is our hope that the information shared on this blog will help keep our hearts and minds bound together in the common purpose of serving and giving glory to God.
