We are very thankful for a quiet week in some ways, and very busy in some others.
We had a productive meeting with MEBSH and the community on Wednesday and feel like we have an opportunity for continued dialogue and progress. MEBSH has appointed a group made up of their representatives, hospital administration, and the community to continue to discuss and begin to work on the issues. We have another meeting scheduled for this coming Tuesday (Aug 2).
This brings us guarded optimism as we continue to seek to navigate the problem by God's Grace.
We would ask for prayers this week for Bro. Lee and Sis. Desma Klopfenstein and their family as they finished their service here and have moved home. Sis. Sheila Moser also left for furlough this week. When she returns she will be transitioning to new responsibilities. This brings a lot of change to the mission here. Please pray for the Klopfenstein's in their transition home, and those of us here as we transition into 'new normal's'. May God's name continue to be lifted up.
By Grace....
